Harrison Finch a premier recruitment agency is actively seeking an inspiring and strategic Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for an innovative venturefunded fintech IT company. About the Role:
As the CEO you will drive the vision strategy and overall direction of the company. You will work closely with the executive team board of directors and investors to ensure sustainable growth and market leadership. Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the companys strategic plan to achieve business goals and objectives.
Oversee daily operations ensuring the implementation of effective business strategies.
Lead the executive team fostering a culture of collaboration innovation and excellence.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders including investors customers partners and regulatory bodies.
Drive business development efforts identifying and pursuing new market opportunities and partnerships.
Ensure financial performance meets or exceeds targets managing resources and budgets effectively.
Represent the company at industry events conferences and in media to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
Stay abreast of industry trends market developments and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a CEO or in a similar senior executive role within the fintech or tech industry.
Strong understanding of financial technology and the broader tech landscape.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful business strategies.
Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and resources.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Bachelors degree in Business Finance or a related field; MBA or relevant graduate degree is highly desirable.
