  Team Mission: With the mission of Creating New Norms the marketing team aims to be a representative force in Japan handling a wide range of tasks.

  Service Overview: A manufacturerapproved monthly rental mall. It allows customers to shop confidently from home experiencing a full online journey of discovering applying renting and purchasing products. This service accessible from anywhere in Japan specializes in offering highvalue items and largescale products for monthly rental allowing customers to experience them safely and thoroughly in their daily lives. The service is a manufacturerapproved monthly rental mall ensuring quality and support through direct collaboration with manufacturers.

  Responsibilities: The position involves devising and executing strategies to enhance the user experience (UX) of the services aiming to turn existing customers into fans and encouraging increased usage. As the business enters a phase of accelerated growth you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks including:

  • KPI/budget management
  • Strategy/tactics development
  • Research (market surveys competitor analysis)
  • Quantitative/qualitative research (user interviews etc.)
  • Planning and execution of specific measures to improve UX
  • Designing and executing mechanisms and campaigns to promote continued usage.
