The Resource Assistant will provide overall support functions to the current recruiting team: candidate sourcing through company resources as well as any of your networked pipeline of candidates. The person most successful in this role has a proven base of sourcing and/or recruiting experience and an ability to communicate with a variety of persons. In order to be successful in this role you must value integrity communication accountability and most of all you must enjoy people and have a sales hustle mentality!
This role has an expected rampup period of 3060 days and is 100% commission. There is a tiered flatrate commission structure for those who are serious about the recruiting industry and would like to develop into an independent recruiting partner with our company.
Requirements
- One year experience in sourcing resumes or recruiting is required
- Two years experience in an administrative support role
- Working knowledge of applicant tracking system (s) ATS
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in order to communicate with multiple levels of candidates coworkers and potentially clients
- Proven ability to exercise sound judgment in decisionmaking
- Strong critical thinking analytical and problemsolving skills
- Exprience with MS Office suite effectively
- Must be a selfstarter with accountability for the future of your career success
- Experience working independently from a home office by maximizing time efficiently
