• Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
  
• Monitor variances between actual and budgeted financial results.
  
• Provide recommendations to management on financial performance and budget management.
  

General Ledger and Reconciliation:

• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
  
• Prepare journal entries and ensure accurate coding of transactions.
  
• Review and analyze accounts for discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
  

Financial Analysis and Audit Support:

• Conduct financial analysis and prepare adhoc financial reports.
  
• Support external audits and ensure compliance with audit requirements.
  
• Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
  

Tax Compliance:

• Prepare and file tax returns (income sales/use property etc.) accurately and timely.
  
• Stay updated on tax regulations and ensure compliance with tax laws.
  

Process Improvement and Systems Enhancement:

• Streamline accounting processes and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
  
• Assist in system implementations and enhancements.
