Summer Camp facilitator

• Plan lead and facilitate a variety of camp activities including games arts and crafts sports and educational workshops.
• Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all campers by following established safety protocols and procedures.
• Create a positive and inclusive camp environment that encourages participation and fosters a sense of community.
• Supervise and mentor campers providing guidance support and conflict resolution as needed.
• Communicate effectively with parents providing updates on camp activities and addressing any concerns.
• Assist in the setup and cleanup of camp facilities and equipment.
• Collaborate with other camp staff to develop and implement camp schedules and programs.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance incidents and camper progress.
• Stay uptodate with best practices in camp facilitation and youth development.
