Synergy Management Group is a premier boutique consulting firm that specializes in providing outsourced/fractional corporate finance and growth strategy consulting services to institutional investors (private equity & venture capital) portfolio companies and growing businesses across various industries. We partner with our clients to evaluate design execute and maximize growth opportunities in sourcing diligence operations/value creation and exit.
Client work is primarily remote/virtual and includes: Financial Planning Analysis and Modeling Valuations & Capital Raising Financial Commercial & Operational Due Diligence Competitive Strategy BuySide & SellSide Advisory Mergers & Acquisitions Fractional CFO & Executive (or Interim) Leadership Operations Performance Improvement Turnaround & Restructuring Growth Strategy PostMerger Integration.
Role Overview:
Our growing boutique consulting firm Synergy Management Group is seeking a highly experienced recruiter to rapidly source candidates for the following position:
Project Fee: $2500
Project Fee earned and payable upon your sourced candidates successful completion of 1 Month Evaluation as specified in the LinkedIn Job Description below.
If multiple sourced candidates successfully complete the 1 Month Evaluation your Project Fee will be multiplied accordingly. i.e. if you source 4 candidates that successfully complete the 1 Month Evaluation your earned Project Fee would be $10000 based on the initial proposed Project Fee of $2500.
LinkedIn Job Description:
1 Month Evaluation: The Managing Director will be expected to successfully close a $50K consulting engagement with a new client within the first 30 days of joining Synergy Management Group leveraging their existing network and relationships within the institutional investor (private equity & venture capital) industry.
This project must be executed as a shortterm accelerated sprint.
Please include your execution strategy timeline and proposed Project Fee (if different from above) in your proposal/cover letter.
Additional details will be provided during interviews.
