Join our client a hypergrowth SaaS startup led by a visionary repeat founder and passionate leader. Their powerful Data Privacy Governance platform utilizes patented AI technology to revolutionize and protect customer data ensuring compliance with GDPR CCPA and other privacy laws for Fortune 100 organizations. Unified consent and preference management APIs enable seamless management across multiple channels.

Our clients mission is to contribute to a better society for future generations by advocating for proper legislation for governments and corporations responsibly protecting data and preserving individual freedom. Through greater transparency they aim to enhance trust between businesses and consumers.

We seek an energetic and resultsdriven VP of Sales to join our clients team. This is a hybrid role for candidates who can commute to the office in Falls Church VA three days a week (relocation assistance is provided if needed). If you have a strong background in Enterprise sales building sales teams as a playercoach and scaling revenue for SaaS startups we want to hear from you! Were actively interviewing candidates for this role and will move forward quickly.

Requirements

  • 7 years of sales team management experience as a playercoach
  • Proven successful track record in Enterprise SaaS sales to Fortune 100
  • Experience scaling revenue from $3M$10M to $30M$50M ARR or more
  • Experience building training and managing BDR and sales teams
  • Experience selling to CCO CIO CISO Chief Privacy Officers
  • Data Privacy Governance Data Security SaaS sales background is an advantage
  • Resultsdriven strategic with ownership mentality
  • Presentable energetic with excellent communication skills
  • Strong work ethics values honesty and transparency
  • Ability to work from the office in Falls Church VA 3 days per week (relocation assistance if needed)
