Draw upon their understanding of EQ to respond to the child s cues with empathetic interaction fostering an environment that supports the childs ability to navigate their emotions.

Manage a daily routine that balances educational emotional and physical activities ensuring each day is structured to provide stimulating and enriching experiences.

Prepare and serve nutritious meals that meet the childs dietary needs emphasizing organic and healthful ingredients to support overall wellbeing.

Maintain ongoing communication with parents providing updates on the child s progress and collaborating closely to ensure continuity of care.

Requirements:

Proven track record as a childcare provider who thrives in a dynamic active environment with robust references.

Deep understanding of child development with a specific focus on fostering emotional physical and intellectual growth.

Exceptional energy to match the child s needs with the ability to engage in various physical and interactive activities.

First aid and CPR certified; a background in child psychology or related fields is highly preferred.
