Physical Therapist

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a talented and dedicated contract Physical Therapist to join our team in Albany GA. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping patients recover from injuries and improve their overall wellbeing through effective therapeutic interventions.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients physical condition and establish treatment goals.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities.
• Monitor and document patients progress adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal results.
• Provide education and guidance to patients and their families regarding injury prevention home exercises and lifestyle modifications.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to patient care.
• Maintain accurate and uptodate clinical records in compliance with regulatory and company standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelors Masters or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current Georgia Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Schedule:

• Parttime flexible hours. Specific schedule to be determined based on candidate availability.

Compensation:

• Competitive hourly rate commensurate with experience and qualifications.
