Commercial Account Manager

Our clients company specializes in providing Commercial Personal and Group & Individual Benefit lines of Insurance. Currently they are seeking a dedicated individual for the position of Commercial Account Manager.

This role involves working closely with established producers managing a diverse portfolio of accounts and fostering strong client relationships.

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with producers to support business development activities and maintain high service standards.
• Negotiate with carriers/MGAs to obtain quotes binders and endorsements.
• Crosssell products to customers and prospects while managing an established book of accounts.
• Gather information and documentation from new and existing clients.
• Secure appropriate carrier coverage based on client needs for new and renewal business.
• Maintain and enhance relationships with clients and carriers through proactive communication initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of recent commercial lines account management experience with an independent agency.
• Must hold a clean license in OR & WA.
• Experience with Applied Epic is preferred.
