Job title: FMS Project Manager

Location: Kanjumarg

Experience 8 to 10 years Handled team of minimum 20 resources and managed multilocation preferably commuting from nearby location

Details:

Single point of contact for all issues related to the contract and its execution.
Responsible for successful execution of the SLA to the satisfaction of all sites.
Performance Management of entire 'IT' operations and associated resources.
Helpdesk RIM Onsite Asset Team management
To handle all major escalations and ensure their speedy resolution.
Meeting the quantitative and qualitative measurements laid down by the Service Provider.(vendor Management)
Conducting periodic service audit reviews with ITD officials locally to refine or customize the processes to Customer needs.
Periodic Service Level Achievements meeting with the Bank.
Compilation of Performance Reports and do the trend analysis.
Service Improvement Plan based on the trend analysis / deficiencies (if required).
Quarterly Team review with HR.
Responsible for conducting team audit on Monthly basis
Responsible for periodic branch visit and closure of action points raised during the visits.
Responsible for presenting detailed MIS with trend analyses monitoring the thematic issues & providing better solution to overcome those issues
