Position : Junior Social Media Specialist
Working Hours : Monday to Friday 9am 6:30pm US CDT (10pm 6am Philippine time)
Salary Range : USD/ month

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media engagement strategies to increase brand awareness engagement and loyalty.
• Monitor social media channels respond to comments messages tags and mentions promptly and professionally.
• Create and curate compelling content to stimulate conversations and interactions with our audience.
• Collaborate with the Digital Media and Content Manager to align social media engagement efforts with overall marketing strategies.
• Analyze social media metrics and insights to track performance identify trends and optimize engagement strategies.
• Stay updated with social media trends tools and best practices to continually improve engagement efforts.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 23 years of proven experience in social media management and engagement with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful engagement strategies.
• Deep understanding of various social media platforms including but not limited to X (Twitter) LinkedIn Facebook YouTube (including Shorts) and Instagram.
• Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Familiarity with Bitcoin or crypto is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work fulltime 9am 6:30pm Central US Time preferred.
