**Reports To:** Store Manager / Styling Director

#### **Position Summary:**
The Fashion Consultant is responsible for providing personalized fashion advice and styling services to clients. This role involves understanding clients preferences body types and personal styles to help them select clothing and accessories that enhance their appearance and confidence. The Fashion Consultant should have a deep knowledge of fashion trends excellent customer service skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
#### **Key Responsibilities:**
**Client Consultation:**
Conduct oneonone consultations with clients to understand their fashion needs preferences and lifestyle.
Provide expert styling advice tailored to individual clients considering factors like body shape color preferences and current trends.
Offer personalized shopping experiences and wardrobe planning sessions.
**Sales:**
Achieve individual sales targets by effectively promoting and selling fashion products.
Assist clients in selecting clothing and accessories that align with their style and the latest fashion trends.
Build and maintain a client book following up with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
**Merchandising:**
Maintain a wellorganized visually appealing store environment.
Assist with merchandising and display efforts to highlight new arrivals and key fashion trends.
Keep informed about the latest fashion trends and product knowledge.
**Customer Service:**
Provide exceptional customer service ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
Handle customer inquiries complaints and returns professionally and efficiently.
Develop and nurture strong client relationships encouraging loyalty and repeat business.
**Team Collaboration:**
Collaborate with store team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and store policies.
Assist with special events promotions and instore activities.
#### **Qualifications:**
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor s degree in fashion merchandising retail management or a related field is a plus.
Proven experience as a fashion consultant stylist or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of fashion trends brands and products.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong sales and customer service abilities.
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays.
Proficiency with pointofsale (POS) systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
#### **Preferred Skills and Attributes:**
Certification in fashion styling or related field.
Experience in a luxury retail environment.
Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Creative and innovative thinking.
#### **Physical Requirements:**
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
Visual acuity to see details of clothing and accessories.
