Position: Senior Counter Service Manager - Remote Teller (Emiratization) Job Purpose To manage efficiently a team of Remote Tellers Specialist and & Service Representatives and effectively handle ITM cash transactions in error free / risk free while providing high end customer service to ensure high customer satisfaction levels. Ensure adherence by counter staff to policies and processes whilst striving to minimize operational losses. closely monitor day to day activities, as well as staff adherence to cover different shifts . Key Result Areas Effective management of ITM cash / cheques transactions Ensure all transactions are processed accurately and swiftly and in accordance with the established policies and procedures and regulatory requirements. Proactively manage customer queues at the ITM Machines to ensure customer satisfaction is maintained at the highest. Endeavour to reduce customer wait time and serve time by efficient and risk free processing of all transactions at the ITM Machines Effectively manage ITM Machines Cash Levels ensuring optimum utilization of cash on hand. Provide continuous feedback to Branch Operations/ Branch Controls on process adherence and any observed inconsistencies .. Additionally, strive towards identifying process improvement opportunities. Ensure cash shortages and excesses across all ITMs is maintained at minimum zero by being vigilant and alert on any possible internal and external frauds and risks. Additionally strive towards zero operational losses in respect to transaction processing errors. Ensure adherence to all policies and procedures to ensure an acceptable and satisfactory risk rating. Ensure proactive management and implementation of anti-money laundering policies and procedures. Ensure effective and timely implementation of changes / modifications to the processes and policies made by Head Office. Knowledge, Skills and Experience ITM related functionalities, day to day processes and ITM system Knowledge Cash management / Clearing & Collection Drafts & Remittances System & Process of the area Excellent knowledge of RBG products Extensive knowledge of all counter related process Excellent knowledge of banks OPM and other regulatory requirements. Must possess leadership / supervisory and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3-5 years of experience as a teller within the banking industry.
