Responsibilities • Draft and negotiate contracts for various business lines, providing holistic risk assessments and suggestions to enhance business value while mitigating downsides. • Support business teams with the launch and development of new products and services, balancing commercial and regulatory considerations. • Identify legal problems and support requirements to offer strategic assistance to various teams. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support a broad range of transactional matters. • Monitor and promote consistency in legal approaches across internal stakeholders by aligning with legal framework developments. • Advise on and implement solutions for issues, taking prudent risks within the business context. • Anticipate and stay current on relevant laws to provide proactive, business-focused advice and counsel. • Manage legal efforts in response to company matters and oversee external communications on legal issues.
