Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and detailoriented Event Coordinator to join our team at Al Haadi Events. The ideal candidate is passionate about event planning highly organized and possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills. As an Event Coordinator you will play a crucial role in the successful execution of events from conception to completion.
Responsibilities:
- Event Planning:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their event requirements and preferences.
- Develop and present creative event concepts and proposals.
- Coordinate all aspects of event planning including venue selection catering dcor entertainment and logistics.
- Logistics Management:
- Create detailed event timelines and schedules.
- Coordinate logistics for vendors participants and attendees.
- Ensure seamless execution of events by overseeing setup breakdown and onsite coordination.
- Communication:
- Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the planning process.
- Communicate effectively with vendors contractors and internal team members.
- Provide regular updates and progress reports to clients.
- Budget Management:
- Develop and manage event budgets ensuring financial goals are met.
- Source costeffective solutions and negotiate contracts with vendors.
- Problem Solving:
- Identify potential issues and implement proactive solutions.
- Handle unexpected challenges with poise and efficiency.
- Quality Control:
- Ensure all elements of the event meet quality standards and align with client expectations.
- Conduct postevent evaluations to gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or similar role.
- Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Creativity and ability to think outside the box.
- Detailoriented with a focus on quality and excellence.
- Proficient in event management software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Bachelors degree in Event Management Hospitality or related field is a plus.
