DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Grow and develop the sales through effective and consistent outbound activity including phone and email.
- Achieving and exceeding targets set by the company
- Call companies generate leads prodiminantly in the UK
- Development a strong outbound pipeline of clients.
- Minatain reports for clients.
- Work effectively with internal and external departments to promote sales
- Identifying and reporting on business opportunities in target markets
- Respond to all allocated requests (live chat phone or email) for quotes within agreed SLAs.
- Provider cover for team members during periods of absence and/or busy periods.
Person Specifications Abilities & Skills:
- Sales Cold Calling
- Business development Relationship management
- Knowledge of the selfadhesive label industry

- Excellent telephone manner & presence.
- Strong verbal and written English communication
- Good time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and multi task effectively.
- Demonstrable problemsolving skills and ability to find answers/solutions.
- Able to learn retain and apply knowledge acquired through training.
- Active Listening skills.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail at all times.
- IT literate and able to use and/or learn standard and proprietary software and more specifically proficient in use of Power point Word Outlook Excel.
- Ability to swiftly adapt and respond positively to change.
- Ability to maintain a positive winning/can do attitude at all times.

- Demonstrable Experience in an outbound sales role.
SALARY & BENEFITS
- Salary: 50k OTE 150k
