Social Media and Marketing Junior Manager at Sai Yok Springs

We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Social Media and Marketing Junior Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in developing and implementing our social media strategies content creation and marketing initiatives to effectively promote our brand and products to our target audience.

Tasks

1. Social Media Management:

• Assist in managing all social media platforms (Facebook Instagram Twitter etc.).

• Create engaging and relevant content to increase brand awareness and drive user engagement.

• Monitor social media trends analyze insights and adjust strategies accordingly.

• Respond to comments messages and inquiries in a timely manner to maintain positive customer relationships.

1. Content Creation:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative and compelling content for social media posts blog articles newsletters and other marketing materials.

• Capture and edit photos videos and graphics to enhance the visual appeal of our brand and products.

• Write captivating captions headlines and descriptions that align with our brand voice and messaging.

1. Community Building:

• Engage with our online community by participating in relevant discussions forums and groups.

• Identify and collaborate with influencers brand ambassadors and likeminded organizations to expand our reach and audience.

1. Marketing Support:

• Assist in organizing and executing marketing events campaigns and promotions.

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

• Provide general administrative support to the marketing team as needed.

Requirements

• Degree from a reputable university
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Thai.
• Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
• Ability to work independently take initiative and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Passion for sustainability and environmental conservation preferred.
• Prior experience with content creation graphic design or digital marketing is a plus.
