The journey will pivot us to large and complex deals in transformation, technology implement and operate. Accordingly, DME-C is seeking to recruit a dynamic and experienced Communication and Learning Manager.

In this role you will serve you will serve as a trusted advisor to Deloitte Consulting and engagement leadership on strategic contract matters during the delivery of specific large-scale, high-risk engagements within the Public, Private or Financial Services sectors.

The successful candidate’s key responsibilities include, among others:

• Develop and implement strategic communication plans / timelines to support quality risk management initiatives
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback, share information, and ensure alignment on quality risk management practices.
• Create compelling content, including newsletters, websites, blog posts, presentations, and other materials, to communicate key messages related to quality risk management and engage stakeholders.
• Develop and implement internal communication strategies to educate and engage employees on quality risk management practices.
• Coordinate and manage events, such as webinars, conferences, and workshops, to promote awareness and understanding of quality risk management.
