One of our important clients is currently looking for a Service Management Specialist for a 3month contract in Brussels. Rate is negotiable.

The Service Manager takes within his/her specific domain care of the ITIL sub domains.
The service manager is accountable and responsible for the delivery for one or more service(s) on THE ENTIRE LIFECYCLE. This lifecycle includes the stage of the STRATEGY DESIGN TRANSITION OPERATIONS and CONTINUAL IMPROVEMENTS. To accomplish this accountability and responsibility this function is divided in several ROLES supported by a lot of PROCESSES in the different stages.
Requirements
Knowledge and complexity
Knowledge level Bachelor or equivalent through experience
Relevant work experience of 810 years
Workingin period of 6 months
Extensive knowledge of SLA management
Thorough knowledge of Service Management in the assigned domain
Thorough knowledge of ITIL /IT4IT Service Management
Thorough knowledge of processes both internally and at customer sites
Knowledge of Service Reviews and SLA/OLA report formatting and interpretation
Knowledge of negotiation techniques
General knowledge of IT
Knowledge of (software) products within own (professional) area
Knowledge of current and specific software
Knowledge of the structure and internal (working) procedures of the organisation
