Mobile Sonographer - Registered Sonographer

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Sonographer to join our team as a Mobile Sonographer. As a Mobile Sonographer you will be responsible for performing ultrasound examinations on patients at various locations such as clinics hospitals and mobile imaging units.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform ultrasound examinations to obtain diagnostic images as per physician orders.
2. Ensure the safety and comfort of patients during procedures while maintaining highquality imaging standards.
3. Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to data protection and patient confidentiality policies.
4. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide accurate and timely diagnostic information.
5. Maintain and calibrate ultrasound equipment to ensure proper functioning.
6. Adhere to organizational and regulatory standards and guidelines related to ultrasound procedures and safety measures.
7. Provide excellent patient care and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.

Requirements:
Must be a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) or Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS).
Proficient in performing abdominal obstetric gynecological vascular and small parts ultrasound examinations.
Strong understanding of anatomy physiology and ultrasound physics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Knowledge of relevant legal and ethical standards.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in mobile or outreach ultrasound services.
Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
