Senior Java Developer

• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge and experience with Java web development specifically using JSP Struts (version 1 highly preferred version 2 acceptable) HTML CSS JavaScript and Hibernate framework. Proficiency in MVC design and Oracle Database 12c or later is essential.
• Experience: A minimum of 7 years in electronic data processing systems study design and programming. At least 4 years should be in a lead capacity. Proven working experience in Java development for at least 5 years is preferred.
• Additional Technologies: Familiarity with Oracle WebLogic 12c Eclipse IDE and Git version control is advantageous. Strong understanding of relational databases and objectoriented programming concepts is crucial.
• Framework Requirement: Experience with the Struts framework is critical. Struts 1 is highly preferred Struts 2 is acceptable but lack of experience with Struts will make it difficult to consider the candidate for this role.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and document project progress.
