Mandatory Skills:
- Bachelor s Degree in Accounting Business Human Resources or Engineering
- Approximately 57 years experience implementing D365 HR most current versions
- Experience with integration tools and 3rd party add on modules like payroll benefits management and recruitment.
- Knowledge of product customization process
- Minimum one Full Life Cycle implementation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication problem solving and analytical skills.
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Results oriented / selfdirected ability to drive change in unstructured environment.
- Strong business acumen client interface and presentation skills
- Excellent interpersonal skillsCustomer Focus
- Manages customer expectations effectively
- Strong time management skills
