Job Description
Role: Program Manager (PMU)
Location: Chandigarh
Experience: 12 Years
Salary: 25k35k per month travel allowances & other benefits

We work with central government and state governments to impact over 2.5mn children. Established by a passionate founding group (IIT IIM HBS Rochester MBB startup alumni) Board and backed by reputed funders we are a diverse team of passionate energetic and optimistic folks with a shared ambition of transforming Indias education system.
Overview We are currently looking for a Program Manager to work directly with the Program Lead and the senior leadership team The candidate will be expected to establish grow and lead relationships with senior officials and stakeholders while being a part a small highperformance team with collaborative work culture.
Key results
1. Establishing strong connect with stakeholders.
2. Become trust advisor on ECE/ FLN. Enhanced skills of AWWs/teachers resulting from
AWWs/teacher training.
3. Development of highquality outputs (presentations reports briefs) summarizing data
analyses.
4. Support in other related deliverables assigned as per the States requirements
Key activities
1. Conducting eld visits as per need
2. Communicating regularly with all key stakeholders at State level.
3. Taking ownership of the projects/workstreams and managing it endtoend
4. Performing other relevant day to day operational tasks
5. Developing and maintaining relations with multiple government o cials
Areas of responsibilities
1. Weekly updates and Quarterly reports
2. All communication requirements and protocols
3. Districtwide implementation of RLs programs
4. Being a team player and supporting the team
Critical factors for success
1.Ability to liaison with government systems on a regular basis
2. Ability to take leadership in ambiguous situations even when unsupervised
3. Seamless communication with your managers and colleagues
4. Close alignment with RLs core values and principles.
5. Mission driven enthusiastic and optimistic committed to transformation.
6. Comfort/Prior experience working with data MS o ce tools will be a plus.
7.As Rocket Learning provides a technology solution for ECE the candidate should
demonstrate the ability to upskill on new technology platforms.
8. Experience of 13 years in the development sector.
9.Proficiency in Punjabi language.
