Accountable for developing relationship with key clients and service their research requirements.

Demonstrate expertise across qualitative research types – concept testing, product testing, U&A, Segmentation, Profiling studies, BHT, UX research and so on

New opportunity prospecting, taking research brief, developing relevant research proposal through right suitable research design and sample plan – aligned to the brief and business objective.

Being involved in all research related stages like research instrument development, data analysis, report writing and client presentation to drive the project smooth execution independently or with support of team members (given the nature & scale of the project)

Provides advice on the execution of projects, informs clients on progress and gives specific instructions to other departments regarding the collection and electronic processing of information.

Handle client queries or complaints. Client stakeholder management. Provide advice and consultation to clients and staff.
