Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tech Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities exceptional technical expertise in .Net Core 3.1 or .Net 6 React and cloud technologies and a proven track record of successfully managing teams and delivering highquality software solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of developers providing guidance mentoring and support to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
• Utilize expertlevel knowledge of .Net Core 3.1 or .Net 6 React and cloud technologies (preferably Azure) to drive the technical direction and decisionmaking process.
• Collaborate with different groups to define product roadmaps prioritize features and provide technical insights and recommendations.
• Implement best practices for software development including but not limited to microservices architecture continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
• Drive the adoption of agile methodologies within the team ensuring efficient project delivery and alignment with business objectives.
• Act as a technical liaison between stakeholders development teams and other relevant parties to facilitate communication and resolve technical challenges.
• Foster a culture of innovation collaboration and continuous improvement within the team.

Mandatory Skills:

• Minimum 8 years of experience with .Net Core 3.1 or .Net 6.
• Minimum 6 years of experience with React.
• Strong expertise in cloud technologies (any cloud) with a preference for Azure.
• Experience with Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Extensive experience with microservices architecture.
• Solid understanding of testing methodologies including unit testing integration testing and test automation frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and make sound technical decisions.
• Proven track record of leading scrum teams and coaching team members.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to articulate ideas and influence stakeholders effectively.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with other cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Experience with container orchestration platforms like Docker Swarm.
• Knowledge of DevOps principles and practices.
• Certification in relevant technologies (e.g. Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert).
