الوصف الوظيفي

We are seeking a dynamic and detailoriented Administrative Staff to join our construction company in Kottakkal. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks including procurement accounting invoicing purchase orders HR duties and monitoring onsite activities. Proficiency in project management ERP tools such as SAP along with knowledge of Tally is preferred. While freshers are welcome to apply candidates with at least one year of experience in a similar role will be given preference. A degree in Commerce or Civil Engineering is mandatory for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Purchasing and Procurement:
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to procure necessary materials and equipment for construction projects.
  • Evaluate suppliers based on quality cost and reliability.
  • Maintain accurate records of all purchases and expenses.
  • Accounting and Financial Management:
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable.
  • Record and reconcile all financial transactions.
  • Prepare and maintain financial reports including income statements and balance sheets.
  • Invoicing and Purchase Orders:
  • Generate invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Create and process purchase orders as per project requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding invoicing and purchasing.
  • Project Monitoring and Reporting:
  • Utilize project management ERP tools to monitor construction activities.
  • Prepare regular progress reports on project status budget and timeline.
  • Communicate effectively with project managers and stakeholders regarding any deviations or issues.
  • HR Duties:
  • Process payroll for all staff and laborers in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Prepare and distribute salary slips to employees.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations regarding payroll and compensation.
  • Address any payrollrelated inquiries or issues from employees promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain confidentiality of payroll and employee information at all times.
  • Collaborate with the HR department to assist in other HRrelated tasks as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor s degree in Commerce or Civil Engineering.
  • Proficiency in project management ERP tools preferably SAP.
  • Knowledge of Tally for accounting purposes.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
