Role Description:
Resset Group is one of the most trusted and reliable real estate companies of India. Market Research:
- Conduct indepth market research to identify trends opportunities and challenges within the real estate market.
- Analyze competitor activities and market dynamics to stay informed about industry developments.
- Utilize data and analytics to make informed decisions and recommendations for marketing strategies.
Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote our real estate services and properties effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to define target audiences positioning and messaging strategies.
- Utilize a mix of traditional and digital marketing channels to maximize reach and engagement.
- Monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed to achieve objectives.
Branding:
- Define and enhance the brand identity of Resset Properties ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
- Develop branding initiatives that differentiate our firm in the competitive real estate market
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in marketing Business Administration or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
- Diploma/Certificate in Marketing Management from some leading institution like MICA.
- Proven experience in marketing roles preferably within the real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of market research methodologies and data analysis techniques.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing strategic marketing plans.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms including social media email marketing and SEO/SEM.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Strong leadership abilities with a track record of effectively managing teams.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for branding and design.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Passion for real estate and a commitment to delivering exceptional results
