The Inside Sales/Account Manager is responsible for processing customer orders coordinating deliveries and maintaining customer relationships in the aircraft parts trading industry. The role requires proactive sales followups issue resolution and database management.
Qualifications:
- Diploma with at least 35 years of experience in aircraft parts trading.
- Strong ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Responsibilities:
Ensure the efficient processing of customer orders and transactions.
Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth and timely delivery of parts to customers.
Maintain and update specific customer database information in the system.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with current and potential accounts.
Resolve customer issues and problems promptly and effectively.
Process RFQs (Requests for Quotation) through customers web portals or emails in a timely manner.
Monitor quote activity and conduct proactive followups through phone calls and emails.
