Design Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Design Engineer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical or electrical design excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to work on complex projects. You will be responsible for designing developing and testing new products and systems to meet our company's standards and client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Design:

  • Design and develop new products components or systems based on project requirements and specifications.
  • Create detailed 3D models and engineering drawings using CAD software.
  • Ensure designs meet performance safety and quality standards.

• Project Management:

  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including R&D manufacturing and marketing to ensure project success.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely completion.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis for new designs.

• Testing and Validation:

  • Develop and implement testing protocols to validate design performance and reliability.
  • Analyze test results and make necessary design adjustments.
  • Document test procedures results and design changes.

• Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities for design improvements and cost reductions.
  • Stay updated with industry trends technologies and best practices.
  • Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.

• Compliance and Documentation:

  • Ensure all designs comply with relevant industry standards and regulations.
  • Maintain comprehensive design documentation including specifications drawings and manuals.
  • Prepare technical reports and presentations for stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • A master’s degree or additional certifications in design engineering is a plus.

• Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Design Engineer or similar role.
  • Experience with CAD software (e.g. AutoCAD SolidWorks CATIA) and simulation tools.

• Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
  • Proficiency in creating detailed technical drawings and specifications.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
