SAP Developer

• We are hiring for SAP HCM professionals with 3 years of experience who will provideTechnical and Functional consulting support on SAP SuccessFactors RMK RCM ONB and LMS modules with hands on experience.
  
• Looking for candidates who can join within 30 days from date of offer.
  

Requirements

• Understand the standard Business Process Flow of Personnel Recruitment and Learning Management Process Flow in SAP SuccessFactors.
  
• Provide Technical & Functional consultation and configuration for SAP SuccessFactors RMK RCM ONB and LMS modules in global organization as per requirement for example; Configure Recruiting Templates (Candidate Profiles Job Requisitions and Job Applications)
  
• Manage different Recruiting Settings (including but not limited to DRTM Purge Settings and Picklist Settings)
  
• Configure the LMS to integrate with other SuccessFactors modules and thirdparty systems as needed
  
• Setup and manage the system s security model including roles permissions and workflow report
  
• Configure SuccessFactors LMS components including item creation learning programs catalogs and assignment profiles
  
• Coordinate with SAP Support for Recruiting Provisioning Configuration Changes (such as New Reportable Custom Fields).
  
• Provide data extraction for RCM and ONB module via Integration Center and Adhoc Reports.
  
• Provide resolution of incidents/problems for the business client.
  
• Provide user access and permission support via RBP management Proxy Tool IAS and IPS.
  
• Provide regular system maintenance tasks including updates patches and configuration changes.
  
  

• SAP SuccessFactors : RMKRCMONBLMS modules
  
• SAP SuccessFactors User and RBP setup
  
• Object Oriented and ODATA API Data Types (XML JSON etc.)
  
• SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) or other middleware for complex integrations.
