IT Staff Hospital

• Perform the operation of IT systems (including server room servers networks application software and specialized IT equipment) within the scope of responsibility.
  
• Operate the Sangoma physical switchboard system install and support user printing devices at the hospital.
  
• Manage and allocate computer equipment (such as laptops PCs printers...) AD Users Mail Microsoft Office for users at the hospital.
  
• Manage LAN INTERNET CoreSwitch and Firewall networks.
  
• Carry out maintenance and upkeep of IT systems within the scope of responsibility including regular maintenance and as per agreements with suppliers.
  
• Monitor and track activities of IT systems within the scope of responsibility.
  
• Address specific or complex issues and incidents within the management scope.
  
• Provide user support according to service catalog and commitment time with users within the scope of responsibility.
  
• Support the operation of application systems at the hospital including HIS PACS LIS and accounting software.
  
• Gather feedback from users on user support work within the scope of responsibility.
  
• Propose and implement initiatives and improvements in user support work.
  
• Execute items according to the approved IT budget plan.
  
• Review address security risks and vulnerabilities for the IT systems in charge.
  
• Expand IT systems for new facilities.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science Information Technology or Network Administration.
  
• CCNA CCNP certification is an advantage.
  
• Language: Basic English communication skills.
  
• Experience operating server systems such as Windows Server Linux and AD.
  
• Experience managing network systems.
