We are looking to recruit a highly motivated, dynamic and creative Deputy Head of Infant School for year 1 & 2 who would like the opportunity to work in a progressive and student-centered Infant school. Typical responsibilities include: • Lead the school in the policies and practices of continuous school improvement and staff development in relation to the EYFS and Primary Years 1 & 2. • Play a major role in the development of high-quality teaching and learning in the Infant school. • Lead, motivate, support, challenge, and develop staff • Contribute to the effective and efficient management of the school • Support and motivate students, teachers and other school employees
