سيتم تحديثك بأحدث تنبيهات الوظائف عبر البريد الإلكترونيTasks and Responsibilities:
- Architect, develop, maintain, and enhance applications in ManageEngine
- Identifying areas within ITSM processes where optimization can be achieved, streamlining workflows, and improving efficiency.
- Configure Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Conceptualize new reports, dashboards and performance analytics widgets and support business in its usage.
- Working with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth delivery and support of IT services.
- Creating and maintaining documentation related to ITSM processes, procedures, and configurations.
- Develop and Design Integrations and APIs within the ITSM Space.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Knowledge of ITIL methodologies and ITSM concepts, including Incident, Problem, Change, etc.
- Knowledge of web-based and scripting languages (JavaScript, HTML, Web Services)
- Experience integrating third-party software and APIs
- Experience in in ManageEngine or ServiceNow
- Experience in relevant IT management tools and methodologies like Nexthink is beneficial
