Leading designer and producer of contemporary fixtures for high end domestic and hospitality markets seeks a Sales Operations Analyst (partial remote) to further strengthen the growth of the the companys US operations.
The role will coordinate all internal processes to support the expanding team with specific focus on the project market. This role will appeal to you if you are well organized efficient and work well within a team as well as individually. You will need to be motivated confident and have excellent customer service and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Working with the external specification sales team to position yourself as the link between Sales and end Customer.
- Coordinate and manage all assigned project duties and project related documentation to successfully deliver a project within set time frames including:
Generating quotes for projects and submitting discounting requests.
Tracking invoices for deposits and balance payments.
Liaising internally with supply chain to ensure on time delivery alongside
customers schedule.
Submitting and coordinating custom product requests.
Maintain and update project delivery schedules that are communicated internally
and externally.
- Raising project related sales orders including arranging deliveries to site and taking ownership of direct contact with client.
- Provide support to the external project team for duties such as:
Checking stock availability
Sending data sheets and product information on their behalf
Arranging samples
- Initiate project kick off and review meetings as appropriate.
- Maintaining project and client data in CRM.
- Providing limited support to the VP of Sales managing the operations of the Wharton office.
Qualifications:
- 5 years experience in Project Coordination/Project Management
- ERP systems experience
- Experience with sales and customer service
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong administration experience.
