Executive Human Resources
Role Purpose
Responsible for executing daytoday operations of the department to ensure smooth and efficient operations of the Institute.
Reportsto
Manager Human Resources
Educational Qualification and Experience
Graduate in any discipline preferably with diploma/certificate of office administration/accounting/HR/Computer operation field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in office work as clerk/admin assistant/accounts assistant/front office assistant etc. in a training/teaching institution and or relevant industry.
KeyAreas of Responsibility and Accountability
Responsible for executing daytoday operations of the department to ensure smooth and efficient operations of the Institute.
Recruitment and Staffing:
Coordinate the recruitment process including job postings applicant screening and interview scheduling.
Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure timely and effective onboarding of new employees.
Employee Relations:
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries concerns and grievances.
Compliance and Policy Adherence:
Stay informed about relevant labor laws government regulations and organizational policies.
Ensure HR practices comply with statutory requirements.
Performance Management:
Support the performance appraisal process providing guidance to employees and supervisors.
Assist in addressing performancerelated issues and implementing improvement plans.
Training and Development:
Identify training needs and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills.
Facilitate workshops and sessions on HRrelated topics.
Data Management:
Maintain accurate and uptodate employee records and databases.
Prepare reports and analytics related to HR metrics.
Benefits Administration:
Administer employee benefits programs such as health insurance and retirement plans.
Assist employees with benefitrelated inquiries.
Leave Management:
Monitor and manage employee leave records ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Detailoriented with excellent organizational and timemanagement abilities
Good knowledge of MS office (PowerPoint Excel etc.)
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
