Project Manager remote option

Estimated Duration: 12 months with possible extensions

Work Setting: Expected to work onsite. Telework may be considered with advance notice and the Clients approval

Required:
Project management experience;
Experience application supporting the People First System (ERP);
Experience using SAP HR software version ECC 6.0 HR on Net Weaver 7.5;
Experience working with SuSE Linux Enterprise Server 12 operating system;
Experience working with Oracle database.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Develop requirements and specifications according to standard templates using natural language;
Identify the implementation teams strengths and weaknesses and suggest areas of improvement;
Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and provide the following documentation deliverables;
Evaluate underlying assumptions for the implementation plan and challenge business units on their assumptions of how they will successfully execute their plans;
Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs;
Plan projects in order to accomplish their goals within constraints such as time cost and agreed quality standards.
