Job Description:
This role is responsible for supporting the GoToMarket to drive demand generation through direct & indirect channels (lead generation digital marketing sales pipeline & revenue tracking) and customer ops (contract management invoicing collections and customer support). The Business Operations Role works closely with the product heads engineering heads finance customers & partners to achieve the objectives.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Generate new customer leads by building internal capabilities & sourcing partner services (digital marketing lead generation companies etc.) to identify target number of qualified prospects to achieve the revenue goal
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline & revenue tracker to enable timely decisions that ensures achievement of sufficient pipeline to achieve the revenue goal
Generate pipeline & revenue reports for executive briefing and financial reporting
Support Finance Operations by invoicing customers accurately as per the customer contracts
Closely work with customers & finance to ensure ontime payments against invoices ensuring there is no outstanding collections over 45 days
Lead development of new contracts & templates to support formalization of customer and partner agreements in compliance with governance & legal advice
Support drafting of customer and partner contracts (NDAs new contracts & amendments). Obtain formal approvals & signoffs on them by complying to the governance process
Lead customer support operations closely & support partners to meet customer contractual SLAs and continually improve the support to make timely responsive and efficient driving a high customer satisfaction
Candidate Requirement:
Masters degree with 6 years work experience with at least 4 years in strategy & operations roles from financial / automative domain
Excellent communication skills customer facing and internal stakeholders. Ability to communicate with Clevel
Attention to details savvy with numbers and office tools (powerpoint excel etc.)
