Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) EarlyStage Fintech Startup
Harrison Finch a premier recruitment agency is actively seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) for an innovative earlystage fintech startup. This remote position offers a unique opportunity to shape the marketing strategy of a company that is revolutionizing personal finance management.
About the Role:
As the CMO you will be at the forefront of developing and executing the marketing strategy that will drive user acquisition and brand awareness. You will lead a diverse team leverage datadriven insights and ensure that marketing efforts align with the companys growth objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and user acquisition.
- Oversee all marketing channels including digital social media content marketing and PR.
- Utilize data analytics to measure and optimize marketing performance.
- Lead mentor and expand the marketing team to achieve business goals.
- Collaborate with product and tech teams to align marketing strategies with product developments and user needs.
- Manage the marketing budget to maximize ROI.
- Foster partnerships with industry influencers media and strategic partners.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a CMO or in a similar leadership role within the fintech or tech industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies.
- Exceptional communication leadership and organizational skills.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field; MBA or relevant graduate degree is a plus.
