Training Programs (Internal and External) as per company policy and Training Calendar
Ensuring targeted man days training by grade in accordance with training plan
Monitor and record training activities and programs
Keeping track of Training Cost in line with approved training budget
Implementation of other functional projects to support ongoing training and development as assigned
Monitor Training Effectiveness to ensure the optimal return on training investment.
Assessment of Training needs in consultation with HR Director and Line Managers in line with Training Needs Analysis Guidelines.

Requirements
Bachelors in psychology Management or Business
Diploma in HR/ Training
35 years prior relevant training experience
Strong Communications Skills
Good command of English (fluency in Arabic will be an added advantage)
Excellent Coordination skills
Computer Skills: (Inclusive of but not limited to Word Outlook Excel and Power point)
Should have planned organized directed and developed training programs in various fields
Excellent interpersonal and coordination skills
