Concierge

We are seeking a customerfriendly Concierge for a busy Residential Apartment Complex at a fixed location in Blackheath London (SE3).

The ideal candidate will have a passion for maintaining a safe friendly and clean environment and the ability to problemsolve across a range of daily operation activities.

Shift hours are 8am 8pm (11.5 paid working hours) 4 days per week working a pattern of 4 days on 4 days off.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome Residents upon arrival in a friendly and professional manner

Provide information about building facilities

Assist subcontract staff with scheduled visits

Manage incoming mail and postroom

Ensure cleanliness of Residential communal areas (including Bin Store)

Manage incoming calls and other administration
