سيتم تحديثك بأحدث تنبيهات الوظائف عبر البريد الإلكترونيYou will be responsible for developing and executing innovative social and digital marketing strategies to build brand advocacy with existing fans and capture the attention of new customers
You will use your passion for social media to think big take calculated risks and propose bold programs that will make retail clients stand out.
You will partner with clients and creatives to bring community and brandenhancing work to market across all social channels and stages of the customer journey
Exhibits solid understanding of key client information including general business strategy industry issues and trends products/services offered key customers and competitors in the digital and social marketplace
Articulates insights gleaned from social conversational and community trends artfully organizing information from observations to strategic and actionable insights
Develop social and community strategies including driving the research direction and insights for the development of social campaigns and overseeing daytoday execution
Provide guidance on engagement and participation for our clients and community managers in evolving social media channels identifying and evaluating new opportunities as appropriate for client objectives
Create and document best practices for community management including workflows tools and responsibilities
Evaluate own and optimize community management successes for clients
Coordinate community engagement activations for largetier social media and digital campaigns and events across markets
Provide oversight for a team of community managers by motivating coaching consistently providing feedback and holding them accountable to both successes and setbacks
Work collaboratively with across teams and functions to ensure that the brands communications/marketing objectives and strategies are met
Flexible and agile with the ability to adapt to new conditions assignments and deadlines in a fastpaced environment
Serves as a positive role model; supports and respects colleagues clients and partners;

Qualifications
The ideal candidate must have strong leadership communication and influencing skills with the ability to be flexible and nimble regularly pivoting in new directions based on the brands evolving needs and the current cultural context
5 to 7 years experience in a social media or relevant roles ideally in a fashion/ecommerce retail environments
Passion Indepth knowledge understanding and experience with all social media platforms with a focus on Instagram and TikTok
Demonstrated success building communities in the social space
A passion for communities and social media with a solid grasp of integrated communications and emerging trends
Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal Arabic will be an advantage.
Experience in client relations including having the ability to understand and assess a clients communication needs and meet those needs through successful social programs
