Responsibilities

As a Senior Sales Engineer youll be responsible for:

• Forecasting sales and booking for the month.

• Following up the quotation status with the customer understanding the requirements and coordinating with the application engineers to fulfil customer needs.

• Reviewing standard sales contracts & reaching agreement with customers (payment LC warranty etc.).

• Following approval process.

• Reviewing and submitting sales order to factory in coordination with Finance Purchasing and Logistics.

• Following the payment terms guidelines and payment conditions as instructed by the Finance Department and assisting in collections.

• Participating in weekly/monthly meetings for sales review aging and collection.

• Generating inquiries through market visits to contractors consultants retailers and dealers.

• Creating quotations inline with the specifications.

• Performing Technical submittals and clarifications with order finalization in coordination with the sales manager.

• Ensuring proper invoicing is being issued by sales coordinators.

• Following up the delivery process with logistics.

• Following up the payment & collection terms in coordination with finance department.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering

• 26 years of relevant experience in the same or similar industry

• Thorough knowledge of the market and A/C products

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Team player excellent negotiations and Computer skills

• Proficiency in English and Arabic
