The Chief Product Officer is a strategic and dynamic role responsible for driving the vision strategy and execution of the companys online product offerings. This role involves managing a team of product managers collaborating with crossfunctional teams and ensuring that the companys platform delivers an outstanding user experience while meeting business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership
Definea and communicate the product vision and strategy for the ecommerce platform.
Align product initiatives with overall business goals and market opportunities.
Stay abreast of industry trends competitor activities and technological advancements to ensure the company remains competitive.

2. Team Management:
Lead mentor and grow a team of product managers providing guidance and support in their professional development.
Foster a collaborative and highperformance culture within the team.
Ensure that the team is aligned with the product vision and working effectively to achieve objectives.

3. Product Development:

Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation and requirements gathering to launch and postlaunch analysis.
Prioritize product features enhancements and bug fixes based on business impact customer feedback and market research.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure a seamless and engaging user experience.

4. CrossFunctional Collaboration:

Work closely with engineering marketing sales and customer support teams to deliver highquality products on time and within budget.
Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements define product specifications and establish timelines.
Act as the main point of contact for all productrelated inquiries and communications.

5. DataDriven Decision Making:
Utilize analytics and user feedback to inform product decisions and optimize the ecommerce experience.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.
Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to validate hypotheses and refine features.

6. Market and User Research:
Conduct market research to identify customer needs pain points and opportunities for innovation.
Engage with customers to gather feedback and insights ensuring that the product meets their needs and exceeds their expectations.
Analyze market trends to identify potential areas for growth and product differentiation.

7. Project Management:
Develop and maintain detailed product roadmaps ensuring alignment with business priorities and timelines.
Manage project timelines resources and budgets effectively to deliver highquality products on schedule.
Mitigate risks and resolve issues that may arise during the product development process.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Computer Science or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
7 years of experience in product management with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the ecommerce industry.
Proven track record of successfully launching and managing ecommerce products.
Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms technologies and best practices.
Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in product management tools (e.g. JIRA Trello) and analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics).
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a datadriven mindset.
Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
