الوصف الوظيفي
- Design and oversee the development of comprehensive frameworks for measuring wellbeing in NEOM, in line with respective guidelines for wellbeing measurement of international organizations like the OECD.
- Lead the collection, processing, and analysis of large-scale survey data and other sources of information to assess wellbeing indicators and trends over time.
- Develop and validate novel statistical models and indices to quantify and aggregate multidimensional aspects of wellbeing, considering diverse population groups and cultural contexts.
- Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams of researchers and stakeholders to identify key research questions, formulate hypotheses, and design studies to address critical gaps in understanding wellbeing dynamics.
