- QA Tester

Responsibilities:

• Testing Across Products: Conduct thorough testing on various products including servers native applications and web platforms.
• Debugging Issues: Utilize tools such as IDEs proxy tools (e.g. Charles or Proxyman) and browser inspectors to replicate and debug diverse issues.
• Logging and Documentation: Use JIRA and TestRail to log test results and issues providing detailed explanations of test outcomes.
• Manual and Exploratory Testing: Perform manual testing and exploratory testing of new features identifying opportunities to enhance automated testing.
• Regression and Release Testing: Conduct product regression testing and perform release sanity checks.
• Client App and Site Testing: Test client applications and websites against their designs focusing on usability accessibility performance and localization.
• Documentation Creation: Develop comprehensive documentation to support testing processes and findings.
• Team Collaboration: Participate actively in meetings such as daily standups project calls demos and retrospectives.
• Test Case Development: Create and refine both manual and automated test cases.
• Crossfunctional Collaboration: Work closely with other QAs developers designers product teams and project managers in an agile environment.
• Workload Management: Prioritize and manage workload efficiently identifying the most urgent tasks.
• Continuous Learning: Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with new skills and technologies.

Requirements:

• Platform Experience: Proficient with native apps on iOS and Android Windows and Mac operating systems and multiple web browsers.
• Technological Curiosity: Passionate about technology SaaS and media and publishing industries.
• Quick Learner: Ability to rapidly acquire new skills and understand new products and technologies with a creative problemsolving approach.
