LATAM Graphic Designer Art Director

Position: LATAM Art Director / Graphic Designer
Type of contract: Independent Contractor Agreement
Working Hours: 8 am to 5 pm MF Central Standard Time (Saturdays occasionally before large events)
Salary Range: $1.500 $2.000

Our client is an educational program and community designed for people who want to learn how to acquire and operate shortterm rentals.

About the Role

This client is in search of an experienced graphic designer that is skilled in executing the creative process from beginning to end. This includes taking feedback from multiple sources using templates and examples and ultimately creating final pieces that meet brand standards and look and feel of the company brand.

We specifically seek a designer who is able to make creative choices suggestions and provide feedback in a clear and concise manner to all stakeholders.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Design lead magnets landing pages logos and email templates
• Design YouTube thumbnails and art for merchandise like tshirts mugs etc.
• Proatively propose options for each project (often without a fully developed creative brief)
• Meet with internal and external stakeholders and apply feedback in a speedy manner
• Work with the copywriting team to gather all components of a project
• Manage creative briefs for multiple projects simultaneously
• Create or incorporate illustrations pictures and designs to reflect the desired theme and tone of the brand
• Produce drafts for review by clients and make revisions based on the feedback received
• Manage follow up and work with internal team members to ensure deadlines are met
• Final QA and producing final art files and organizing them on the Google Drive

Requirements:

• 3 years experience as a Graphic Designer experience with art direction preferred
• Adobe Suite Skills (Photoshop Illustrator Premiere Canva etc)
• Organizational and timemanagement skills for meeting deadlines in a fastpaced environment
• A keen eye for visual details with strict quality control standards
• Excellent collaborative skills with the ability to work with a diverse group of people
• Ability to produce quality sample work or starting points to kick off a project
• Ability to handle multiple tasks or projects
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Portfolio of graphic designs you have created before
