Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department
• Preparing financial statements reports and budgets
• Conducting regular account reconciliations to ensure accuracy
• Ensuring compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements
• Managing and coordinating audits
• Providing support for tax compliance and filings
• Developing and implementing internal controls
• Supervising and mentoring accounting staff
• Assisting with financial planning and analysis
• Participating in the development of accounting systems and processes

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field
• 5 years of experience in accounting or finance
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders
• Experience with financial reporting and analysis
• Thorough understanding of budgeting and financial management
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
