Associate Product Designer

• Lead the design process for our product from ideation to deployment including user research wireframing prototyping user testing and final implementation.
• Design and maintain comprehensive design systems to ensure product consistency and efficiency.
• Utilize datacentric design principles leveraging insights from tools like Microsoft Clarity and Mixpanel to inform design decisions and improve user experience.
• Work closely with crossfunctional teams including product managers engineers and stakeholders to implement designs that meet business objectives and user needs.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs by possessing a working knowledge of HTML CSS and JavaScript.
• Communicate design ideas and prototypes effectively to gain buyin from stakeholders and team members.

• 23 years of experience in product design specifically in a selfservice or a midmarket/enterprise B2B SaaS environment
• Strong portfolio demonstrating the ability to conceptualize and bring to life innovative design solutions (Portfolio submission is mandatory).
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma and/or Balsamiq.
• Experience in designing and maintaining design systems.
• Proven track record of using datacentric design approaches and familiarity with analytics tools like Microsoft Clarity and Mixpanel.
• Basic understanding of HTML CSS and JavaScript to ensure realistic design implementations.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts and strategies to stakeholders and team members.
• Selfstarter with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
