Position Overview
This role is responsible for Driving Channel Sales Business development in the allocated Region/Area.
Key Responsibilities
1. Channel Sales of all Building Materials in Electrical & Lighting/ Wood category
2. Responsible for sales and profit goals by selling goods and services through resellers/channels.
3. Identify and approach key strategic channel partners and define their short and longterm channel strategies.
4. Handle large key accounts.
5. Responsible for sales productivity.
6. Define beat plan and adhere to beat.
7. Managing Productivity Dashboard & reporting.

Graduate/Post Graduate
Skills and Experience: Essential
1. Should have at least 310 years of experience in Building Material Sales Business Development
2. Must have good Communication Skills (Hindi/English)
3. Must have good Convincing Skills
4. Go Getter
